Established in 2018, RL2 Middle School Football Combines will test the top middle school football players globally in a uniquely designed combine that maximizes their athletic ability and provides them with the opportunity to compete and compare their athletic achievements against other middle school football players around the globe. We will also advise all combine participants on the importance of academic achievement, life skills, sports safety, nutrition, and NIL.
The RL2 Middle School Football Combines are the only middle school combines where each participant must be nominated by a coach/scout to participate. The RL2 Middle School Football Combines staff will make the final decision on which athletes are selected based on Hudl film evaluations and coach/scout nominations.
The individual instructions during the drills will be provided by high school coaches, college coaches and former professional football players and coaches. The official results of the combines will be delivered electronically to every participant. We will use laser time technology so the athletes will become accustomed to the measurement tool used at higher levels of football combines.
We have an expansive network of major high schools and colleges globally that are interested in receiving our combine results. We will distribute all of the official results to the Power 5 College Football Conferences, Top 25 FCS Schools, Top 25 Division II Schools, Top 25 Division III Schools and the top high school football programs globally. All Combine participants that perform well, will gain exposure and greatly increase their ability to get noticed by high school and college football programs globally. A great performance could possibly lead to a high school or college football scholarship. All RL2 Middle School Football Combines athletes will have an opportunity to elevate their own stock!

Richard has been involved in the sport of football for 30 plus years. Richard was born in Cleveland, Ohio and graduated from Morris Brown College in Atlanta, GA with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Accounting. Richard’s corporate background brings 25 years plus experience and expertise that naturally transfers to the success of the RL2 Middle School Football Combines program and its athletes. His highly sought after skills in the areas of communication, networking, organizational time-management, problem solving, relationship and confidence building are target driven and will ensure the personal success of each athlete and the RL2 Middle School Football Combines.
The Owner and CEO of RL2 Football Combines is the only owner/operator in the country that has 15 plus years of experience operating and managing middle school, high school, and pro football combines. Richard’s involvement in football includes everything from playing, coaching, public speaking, representing professional players and consulting. Richard’s passion for middle school football players inspired him to create a one of a kind opportunity where the players can showcase their athletic excellence. The players invited to the RL2 Middle School Football Combines will be the best and most talented middle school football players globally. Richard has relationships with major college and high school coaches globally. Darryl was born in Cleveland, Ohio and graduated from The University of Akron in Akron, Ohio with a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in Business & Organizational Communication and a Master’s of Public Administration. One of Darryl’s many strengths is working with student athletes helping them develop to reach their maximum potential. Darryl’s success in business, coaching and educating naturally transfers to the success of the RL2Combines, LLC.
Darryl is skilled in communications, networking, organizational time-management, problem solving, building relationships and confidence building. These previously mentioned skills will ensure the satisfaction and success of each athlete that participates in the RL2Combines, LLC.
COACHING EXPERIENCE:
Darryl’s football coaching experience spans 30 plus years, starting in the state of Ohio extending south to the state of Florida. Darryl has coached football at the youth, high school and collegiate level. Many of the players that were under Darryl’s tutelage received many accolades and awards: Player of the Week, Touchdown Club Award, Most Outstanding Player, ALL League Honors, Leading Rushing Records and Leading Offensive Statistics. Darryl has also been instrumental in helping his players obtain football scholarships! In addition, he led all summer football camp operations and attended the top football coaching clinics in the country.
