Established in 2018, RL2Combines will test the best football players globally in a uniquely designed combine that maximizes their athletic ability and provides them with the opportunity to compete and compare their athletic achievements against other football players. In addition, RL2Combines will advise all combine participants on the importance of academic achievement, life skills, sports safety, nutrition, finances, social media and NIL.
During the drills, individual instructions will be provided by our professional staff, which is comprised of college coaches and former professional football players. The official results of the combines will be delivered electronically to every participant. We will utilize laser time technology so the athletes will become accustomed to the measurement tool used at the collegiate and professional levels of football.
One of the competitive advantages of RL2Combines is that we have an expansive network of college football programs that are interested in receiving our combine results. We will distribute the official results to all college football programs at every level including: FBS, FCS, Division II, Division III, JUCO and HBCU’s at all levels. All combine participants who perform well, will gain exposure and greatly increase their ability to get noticed by college football programs globally. A great performance could possibly lead to a college football scholarship. As a participant in the combine, you will have an opportunity to elevate your own STOCK!
OWNER & CEO – RICHARD LARDE II
Richard Larde II has been involved in the sport of football for over 30 + years. He was born in Cleveland, Ohio and graduated from Morris Brown College in Atlanta, GA with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Accounting. Richard’s corporate background brings 30 + years of experience and expertise that naturally translates to the success of the RL2Combines programs and its athletes. He is highly sought after for his target-driven skills in the areas of communication, networking, organizational time-management, problem solving, relationship building and confidence building. Richard will ensure the personal success of each athlete and RL2Combines.
In addition to his corporate experience, Richard has 20+ years of experience operating and managing middle school, high school, and professional football combines. His involvement in football includes playing, coaching, public speaking, consulting and becoming a Certified Contract Advisor (Agent) – representing professional NFL and CFL Players.
Richard’s passion for football inspired him to create a one-of-a-kind experience where the football players can showcase their athletic excellence. The players participating at RL2Combines will be the best and most talented football players across the globe. Over the years, Richard has built relationships with college coaches globally. He uses his networks and expertise to ensure the RL2Combines athletes increase their visibility to the college football programs.

Darryl has been involved with football as a player and then coach for 30 plus years. Darryl was born in Cleveland, Ohio and graduated from The University of Akron in Akron, Ohio with a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in Business & Organizational Communication and a Master’s of Public Administration. One of Darryl’s many strengths is working with student athletes helping them develop to reach their maximum potential. Darryl’s success in business, coaching and educating naturally transfers to the success of the RL2Combines, LLC.
Darryl is skilled in communications, networking, organizational time-management, problem solving, building relationships and confidence building. These previously mentioned skills will ensure the satisfaction and success of each athlete that participates in the RL2Combines, LLC.
COACHING EXPERIENCE:
Darryl’s football coaching experience spans 30 plus years, starting in the state of Ohio extending south to the state of Florida. Darryl has coached football at the youth, high school and collegiate level. Many of the players that were under Darryl’s tutelage received many accolades and awards: Player of the Week, Touchdown Club Award, Most Outstanding Player, ALL League Honors, Leading Rushing Records and Leading Offensive Statistics. Darryl has also been instrumental in helping his players obtain football scholarships! In addition, he led all summer football camp operations and attended the top football coaching clinics in the country.
