9:00 AM – Testing Begins (40yd Dash, Pro Agility (Short Shuttle), Broad Jump, Long Jump, 3-Cone Drill)

11:00 AM – Individuals

11:30 AM – One on One

12:15 PM – Pass Skeleton

1:00 PM – Break Down (Speakers – Academics/NiL&Collectives/Finances/Nutrition/ Sport Safety/Social Media/Agents/Professional Football Player

RL2Combines, LLC Waiver and Release of Liability
The undersigned Player ( First Name, Last Name) (hereinafter "Player"), who is not an employee of RL2Combines, LLC, Alexandria City High School or its affiliates in consideration for being afforded the opportunity to participate in a Football Showcase on May 17, 2025 (hereinafter "Football Showcase"), hereby releases and agrees to hold harmless RL2Combines, LLC, Alexandria City High School and its affiliates, its owners, members, officers, directors, trainers, employees, its affiliated companies and agents (hereinafter "Releasees") from any and all responsibility for any injuries, illnesses or other claims of the Player arising in any way out of the Player's participation in the Football Showcase (the "Claims") including, without limitation, any Claims which may arise during travel to or from the designated Football Showcase facilities, any Claims with respect to any food, drink or medical services provided to the player or otherwise.
Player acknowledges and understands that the Football Showcase will consist of various physical tests, agility tests and such other tests as RL2Combines, LLC may request. Player is an athlete and understands that physical injury is common among athletes and can happen at any time, including during the Football Showcase. Player further understands and acknowledges that his voluntary participation in the Football Showcase involves risk of physical injury and death, and that participation in athletics can cause physical injury and death. The risks which Player voluntary assumes by participating in the Football Showcase include, but are not limited to, severely strained, torn and pulled muscles; severely strained, torn, pulled and ruptured ligaments and tendons; cartilage damage; broken bones; contusions; injuries to the head, elbow, back, spinal cord, knee, foot and ankle and heat exhaustion. Player understands that any injury he may sustain during the Football Showcase may reduce, impair, or eliminate his ability to play sports and may impair other life functions. Player understands and agrees that Player will be solely responsible for his own medical care and treatment in the event Player sustains an injury during, or, as a result of his participation in the Football Showcase. Further, Player specifically assumes all the risk of injury and illness and hereby releases, holds harmless, and forever discharges the Releasees of any and all injury and illness sustained by Player, whether caused by negligence of the Releasees or otherwise.
Player further authorizes RL2Combines, LLC to authorize or consent to, on behalf of the Player, any emergency medical treatment that may become necessary in the event the Player is not capable of giving such authorization or consent at the time such emergency medical treatment is needed. Player acknowledges and agrees that he has had the opportunity to consult with his Parent/Guardian, attorney or legal representative and fully understands the consequences of the RL2Combines, LLC Waiver and Release of Liability.
